We ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is not available.


Shipping Rates & Selection

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and must be selected by the customer based on their delivery address and order.

Shipping rates vary depending on product size, destination, and whether the address is urban or rural.


Large Tall (Oversized Product)

Due to size and handling requirements, the following rates apply:

  • Auckland – Residential: $15
  • North Island – Residential: $50
  • South Island – Residential: $60
  • Rural: $100

All Other Products

  • Auckland – Free
  • North Island – Residential: $10
  • North Island – Rural: $20
  • South Island – Residential: $15
  • South Island – Rural: $20

Delivery Addresses

We deliver to urban and rural New Zealand addresses.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, as our courier partners require a physical delivery address.


Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are dispatched the following business day.

Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2–3 working days, depending on your location. These timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on courier networks.

Rural deliveries may take longer depending on access and local delivery schedules.

Orders are dispatched on business days only. We do not ship on weekends, public holidays, or during any advertised business shutdown periods.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be dispatched once the product has arrived at our warehouse.

Pre-order items are clearly identified on the product page at the time of purchase. Standard shipping and tracking notifications will be sent once dispatched.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

For the fastest updates or delivery queries, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking link. We are happy to assist where possible.


Address Accuracy & Shipping Selection

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The delivery address is correct
  • The selected shipping option matches the delivery location and address type (urban or rural)

If an incorrect shipping option is selected at checkout, we may contact you to arrange payment of the difference before dispatch.

If an incorrect address or shipping selection results in a parcel being returned or redirected, additional shipping charges may apply.

We take reasonable care to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe.
